Description

The ProRep Temperate Leaf Litter (3 L) is a natural mix of dried leaves, ideal for recreating a woodland forest floor in terrariums, vivariums, and bioactive enclosures.

This litter layer not only enhances the naturalistic appearance of enclosures but also plays an important ecological role. It provides shelter for reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates, serves as a food source for isopods, millipedes, and springtails, and helps maintain a healthy micro-ecosystem by breaking down and enriching the soil.

Simply scatter the leaves on top of your substrate to create depth, texture, and natural hiding spots. Over time, the litter will decompose naturally, just like in wild temperate forests.
