A very attractive smaller species of porcellio hailing from southern france and spain, not often seen and slow to establish but once started they make excellent custodians. Very good display and very active even during the day once settled.

This is Porcellio violaceus 'Rubivan', distinct white colouring with varible white and black splashes along the back.
