Description

The Porcellio violaceus ‘Rubivan’ is a striking morph of P. violaceus , showcasing deep violet tones blended with lighter shades and sometimes reddish highlights. This locality/morph is highly sought after for its bold and unusual colouration compared to the standard form.

They thrive in enclosures with good airflow, a defined moisture gradient (humid retreat with drier zones), and a nutrient-rich substrate containing plenty of leaf litter and decaying wood. Colonies reproduce steadily once established, rewarding patient keepers with hardy and visually striking groups.
