Description

The Porcellio pruinosus ‘Orange Dalmatian’ is a colourful and fast-breeding morph of the ever-popular P. pruinosus. With its bright orange base colour and scattered dark spots, this morph combines the vibrant appeal of the ‘Orange’ form with the playful speckling of the ‘Dalmatian’. Each individual shows unique markings, giving colonies a lively, varied appearance.

Like all P. pruinosus , this morph is extremely hardy, reproduces quickly, and adapts to a wide range of conditions. They thrive in enclosures with a good moisture gradient, abundant leaf litter, and decaying wood. Their fast reproduction makes them ideal as a functional bioactive cleanup crew as well as a fun ornamental colony.
