Description

The Porcellio scaber ‘Dairy Cow’ is one of the most popular and instantly recognisable P. scaber morphs, named for its bold black-and-white “cow-like” markings. These high-contrast patterns make them a favourite for display setups and one of the most common starter isopods in the hobby.

They thrive in enclosures with a strong moisture gradient, decaying wood, and plenty of leaf litter. Colonies reproduce quickly and are very forgiving, making them an excellent choice for bioactive terrariums as well as for keepers who enjoy building large, active colonies.
