Description
The Dwarf Pill Cockroach( Perisphaerus pygmaeus ) is one of the smallest and most fascinating cockroach species in the hobby, known for its ability to roll perfectly into a ball, just like an Armadillidium isopod. This unique defensive behaviour, combined with its smooth, glossy brown carapace, makes it an adorable and unusual addition to any invertebrate collection.

Native to the humid tropical forests of Southeast Asia, this miniature species thrives in warm, consistently moist setups with a deep layer of leaf litter and decaying wood. It prefers low light and plenty of natural hides, where it will burrow and cluster together beneath cover.
