Description

The Cubaris sp. ‘Rubber Ducky – Ultra Blonde’ is one of the rarest and most striking morphs of the iconic Rubber Ducky. It features the same endearing “duck face” yellow cephalothorax but paired with an exceptionally light, almost white-blonde body. This contrast makes the yellow head stand out even more, giving them a truly unique and premium look.

They thrive in warm, humid enclosures with deep, nutrient-rich substrate, good airflow, and plenty of leaf litter and decaying wood. Like other Rubber Ducky forms, they reproduce more slowly than beginner species, but once colonies are established, they are hardy and rewarding long-term.

With their ultra-light colouring and collectible status, the ‘Ultra Blonde’ Rubber Ducky Cubaris is best suited for intermediate to advanced keepers looking for a showpiece species that stands out even among other rare Cubaris.
