Description

The Cubaris sp. ‘R13 Ducky’ is a highly desirable morph within the Rubber Ducky group, known for its bold yellow “head” markings and compact, endearing appearance. These markings give them the distinctive duck-like look that has made Cubaris sp. ‘Rubber Ducky’ one of the most iconic isopods in the hobby.

They thrive in warm, humid enclosures with deep, nutrient-rich substrate, strong ventilation, and access to leaf litter and rotting wood. Like other Rubber Ducky forms, they breed more slowly than beginner-friendly isopods, but once established, colonies are hardy and rewarding to maintain.
