Description

The Cubaris sp. ‘Jupiter’ is a striking isopod named for its swirling, planet-like colour patterns. With rich bands and mottling in earthy browns, greys, and creams, each individual is unique, echoing the stormy, banded surface of its namesake planet.

They thrive in humid enclosures with deep substrate, stable ventilation, and plenty of leaf litter and decaying wood. Like many Cubaris , they reproduce steadily but at a moderate pace, making patience key for building a thriving colony.

With their cosmic-inspired markings and appealing natural tones, the ‘Jupiter’ Cubaris is an excellent addition for intermediate keepers who enjoy rare, decorative isopods.
