Avatar Millipede (Spirotreptida sp. 'Avatar') CB

Good size, brightly coloured and active species from Sulawesi. adults reach between 7-10cm when fully grown and can take many months to mature.

Prefers damp substrate with a loose layer of leaf litter and is very prolific once established. very good at climbing so a well fitting lid is essential.

This species secretes hydrogen cyanide which is toxic. Caution is advised when mixing species.

Price is for 1 or 3 small Captive Bred (2-3cm+) specimens.
