⚠️ Shipping Update – Heatwave Delays

Due to the ongoing UK heatwave, we've temporarily paused shipping of all live livestock and plants to ensure they arrive safely.

The good news is that temperatures are forecast to drop significantly next week, and we'll be resuming dispatches.

Current dispatch schedule:

  • Orders placed 29th June – 5th July: Dispatching Monday.
  • Orders placed 6th July – 12th July: Dispatching Tuesday & Wednesday.
  • New orders placed from today: Dispatching from 27th July.

We've built up a large backlog during the heatwave, so we're bringing in additional staff and implementing a new workflow to get orders out as quickly as possible.

Description

The Armadillidium granulatum ‘White Pearl’ is a striking morph of A. granulatum , characterised by its smooth, pale white colouring that gives it a distinctive pearlescent appearance. This elegant morph is especially appealing to collectors who enjoy clean, bright isopods with a unique look.

Like the wild type, this morph is hardy and adaptable. They thrive in enclosures with both moist and dry zones, good airflow, and access to leaf litter and rotting wood. They breed reliably in captivity, making them a great choice for both new keepers and experienced hobbyists.

With their beautiful pearly white colour and easy care requirements, the ‘White Pearl’ morph of Armadillidium granulatum makes an excellent addition to any isopod collection.
