Description

Armadillidium pallasi is a medium-sized pillbug species known for its robust build and subtle yet attractive colouring. While not as brightly patterned as some morphs, this species is valued for its dependability and classic Armadillidium behaviour.

They thrive in a wide range of conditions, provided they have access to a moist retreat, a drier zone for balance, and plenty of decaying organic matter such as leaf litter and rotting wood. Like many in their genus, they are capable of rolling into a tight ball when threatened, making them both hardy and interesting to observe.
