Description
Ardentiella sp. ‘Black Hole’ is a rare and visually striking tropical isopod with a deep, velvety black exoskeleton that gives it an almost otherworldly appearance. Under the right light, subtle metallic tones can sometimes be seen across the surface, adding to its distinctive allure.

This species thrives in warm, humid bioactive setups with a deep, moisture-retaining substrate and good ventilation. A mixture of leaf litter, rotting wood, and calcium-rich foods supports strong growth and reproduction.
