Description

The Porcellio scaber ‘Ghost’ is a pale and hauntingly beautiful morph of the classic P. scaber , named for its soft white-to-translucent appearance. Their ghostly colouring makes them stand out against darker substrates, offering a more subtle alternative to bold morphs like ‘Dairy Cow’.

As with all P. scaber , this morph is extremely hardy and adaptable, thriving in a wide range of enclosure conditions. They do best with a strong moisture gradient, plenty of leaf litter, and decaying wood. Colonies breed quickly and reliably, making them one of the most beginner-friendly morphs available.

With their unique pale tones, hardy nature, and rapid reproduction, the ‘Ghost’ Porcellio scaber is an excellent choice for both functional bioactive setups and decorative colonies.
